Here’s a quick drawing I did in Adobe Illustrator, which started off as a sketch and then I scanned it into my computer. I decided to make a card for my brother’s birthday as he’s in the Army and I wont see him in a while so I hope this cheers him up (he also has an adorable baby daughter hence the baby in the helmet)! :)

I’ve been getting back into sketching recently… still a bit rusty mind!
Here’s a little doodle I started in the style of Pop Art.

Here’s some logo ideas I created for Japan Day 2012. As you may have noticed, the first design was picked as the final logo to represent them.
The overall theme is MODERN vs. TRADITIONAL

Here’s a little teaser from my group multi-camera Uni project. :) This is a VT I helped film, and personally edited and added graphics. It’s a mick take on the QVC shopping channel (LTS- Love to Shop). We’ve just finished our live show and I think it went really well! All that’s left now is to wait for the feedback marks…

Hello followers!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted. After I took a lovely break for Easter it was back to mad deadlines when I returned. However now I have officially finished my second year of University (give or take a couple of hand-ins) so now I will have more time on my hands to update my blog.
So watch this space! :)

My entry for the D&AD 2012 Student Awards. (Unfortunately I was too late to submit my design… better luck next year I guess!)
The brief was to create an original cover illustration for the LWL magazine depicting the main character of one of their chosen five favourite films of 2011 (Drive, Black Swan, The Tree of Life, Super 8 or Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy).
I decided to use the iconic image of the main character’s face/makeup in Black Swan, as the eyes also double up as the wings on the ballet dancer.
